At La Scuola, our mission is to “Inspire Brave Learners to Shape the Future” and we uphold that both in the way that we teach inside our classrooms and in the way that we engage with the world beyond them.

From our youngest piccoli in preschool to our Grade 8 graduating class to our alumni who are now in high school and college, what sets a La Scuola student apart is the joy with which they approach learning. They seek out answers to the questions that puzzle them, balance what is known with their own curiosities about what is possible, and think creatively so that when the time comes, they will have the ability to meet change as change-makers.

We are proud of our global community, of the multitudes of languages spoken on campus, our diverse faculty, and the rich array of cultures that our families represent. Our vibrant community helps our students think beyond their immediate environment and engage with the many different people of our increasingly globalized world. They celebrate and seek out diversity, rather than fear it, because they know that different perspectives can enrich their own ways of thinking.

When I walk through the doors of any one of our campuses, I am reminded that all children have a right to learn in a beautiful school environment; our welcoming community of students, teachers, and parents fills me with hope for what we can accomplish when we come together; the sense of openness, optimism, and joy that I feel reminds me that the future ahead is bright because our children will shape it.
